Lata + accuminata? Accuminata only? (+former herpes)

Patient was admit with progressive confusion/dementia/general paresia. We thinked about HIV dementia but because he had also little condyloma in anal area, we treated as syphilis. Neuro was better but some condyloma got worse... We had to use podophilin and patient was discharge in good condition. We are still not sure that syphillis was really involved but...
